We were on a road trip, hundreds of miles away from home and had an issue with a bad tire. Pulled in and received first class service mounting a spare tire on our wheel. Gerardo and Michael got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes and did not empty the wallet. I would recommend this place for great and fair service and a friendly atmosphere.

Had tires rotated and front end alignment done on Saturday 6-20-26. Was told 2 tires should be warranted out for a price of $280. I said no just do the rotation and I’ll talk with my husband. Today we came back with receipt for the tires I bought 1 year and 7 months ago, 24,000 miles on the tires that were warranted for 65,000 miles. I paid $144 a tire new before installation and taxes etc. so I thought that was too much. The manager saw all my receipts for front end alignments in the past 2 years and said he’d work with me understanding that I take very good care of my car. So he made good and said he could warranty the two tires out for $88 and change. I am very pleased that Firestone is standing by their product and customer service. They have made me very happy and I will not hesitate to have service done here on my car.

Excellent care. Was not expecting a problem to happen to the car and Hector took great care of our situation. He was professional and honest and quoted us accurately. I appreciate great customer service since so many places take customers for granted. Firestone in Springdale will be who I recommend to friends and family for any car care needs. Thanks for your help.
